Quick & Precise Hair Detox

We usually start the new year off by having goals.  For some it's physical, for others it's a focus on change.  Being unprepared or starting too fast can be a major deterrent.  Understanding the lifestyle aspect for the road ahead should be the main priority.  For example the first 3 years of Chinese olympic athletes are about enjoying the process of moving and becoming athletic.  Their belief is It takes 3 years of enjoying a process before focusing on the goal you want to achieve.  When we work hard on something we believe in, it's called passion. When we work hard on something we don't believe in, it's called stress. —Simon Sinek Consistency has always been a human trait that isn't easy to fix.  For example, a common reason people struggle with losing weight during a detox is the more body fat often means a higher toxin load.  Effective detoxification programs support our detoxifying organs by assisting in the efficient removal of toxins. Thus the same theory with your hair and follicles.  They too need a detox!  Focus on quick, intermittent hair and scalp detox's throughout the year.  Below are a few hair detox tips.  

Scalp and Hair Detox Mask  2x Weekly 

Avocados are high in vitamins B and E, which work at the cellular level to protect and strengthen hair. Vitamin E helps repair damage on the scalp, which may slow or prevent hair growing. Vitamin B is essential for hair growth.  Egg yolks are full of vitamin A, D, and E – all great for hair. In addition, the fatty acids in eggs moisturize and condition.

2x per week Blend or mash 1/2 avocado and egg into paste
Massage into scalp for 1 minute. 
Leave in for 5-10 minutes.
Rinse out in shower with a plant based shampoo
 
Minerals 2x Daily
